Participants must be able to fully commit to the following schedule:

INDEMNITY TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. To the extent permitted by law and except in the case of death or personal injury caused to me by the negligence of Sony Electronics (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (“Sony”), I shall not hold Sony and its employees and/or agents acting in the course of their employment, responsible or liable in any way whether in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty) or otherwise, for any loss, damage, injury, cost or expense directly or indirectly, or any indirect consequential, special, incidental or punitive loss or damage, arising out of or in connection with performance and/or non-availability of the Programme, regardless of whether Sony had been advised or had known of, or Sony and/or I had within each of our contemplation (whether actual, subjective, objective, reasonable or otherwise), the possibility of such loss, damage, injury, cost or expense.

2. I shall undertake to be responsible for the camera and any other equipment loaned to me by Sony and shall indemnify and keep indemnified Sony in full form and against all loss and damage to the above said camera and any other equipment.

3. I also represent and warrant that I will not use the above mentioned camera for any illegal or unlawful purpose other than the purpose as specified by Sony.

4. By taking part in the event, I hereby grant Sony a perpetual and irrevocable right to use, reproduce, publish, distribute transmit and publicly display the images taken and to use my name and other identifying information I may provide in connection with the image.

5. The rights, powers, privileges and remedies provided in this Letter of Indemnity are cumulative and not exclusive of any rights, powers, privileges or remedies provided by law.

6. I acknowledge that this letter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Singapore law, and all disputes arising from or relating to this letter shall be subjected to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore Courts.

7. I certify and acknowledge that I have carefully read all of the provisions of this Letter of Indemnity and that I understand and shall fully and faithfully comply with such provisions.
