With the desserts plated, Sony Trainers stepped in and shared how the right angle and camera settings can be used to create mouthwatering images of food.

Participants were then given 15 minutes to plate their desserts with their partners. It was an interesting sight, watching participants infuse their personal tastes and styles with Chef Vivienne’s plating advice.

Finally, participants captured pictures of their own creations and experimented with different angles and camera settings to get their best shot. Of course, they also got to enjoy the beautiful desserts they’d just plated!
