Inspiring photos of wonderful food instantly lights up our palate, and it is truly an acquired skill to photograph great food. In the delicious world of food photography, photographers spend more time on preparation than the actual process of photographing each shot. In this workshop, you will learn about what goes on behind-the-scenes in the mouth-watering world of food photography.
About The Instructor: John Heng
Interest is what fuels John’s photography palette. After numerous “food shots” assignments while working at a local business paper, food photography became an obsession. John has since been published, most prominently, in Time Magazine. Food, sports and people are what moves the 39-year old nowadays. When he is not shooting food, he can be found swimming at the bottom of pools photographing people, hanging off the top of a yacht or at a local hawker centre.
